Thank you for choosing Ikopanels. We are committed to delivering our premium wood wall panels to you in perfect condition and as efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing Time

Standard Inventory: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom/Made-to-Order: Since some of our premium panels are crafted to order, processing times may vary from 2 to 4 weeks. You will receive a specific timeline upon order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several delivery tiers:

Standard Freight: Reliable delivery for large orders via specialized carriers.

Express Delivery: Available for smaller quantities or sample kits.

White Glove Service: (Optional) Includes unloading and bringing the panels directly into your space.

Free shipping.
For large orders, we do free shipping at our own expense, and we also add a customs clearance item and payment of all taxes and duties. This information will be sent to you upon order confirmation. Or indicated when placing the order.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics or customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking ID will be active within 24 hours.
4. Packaging for Protection
Because Ikopanels are a premium natural product, we use reinforced, moisture-resistant packaging and heavy-duty edge protectors to ensure your panels arrive without warping, scratches, or structural damage.
5. International Shipping
We ship worldwide.

Please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ikopanels is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Inspection & Damages
Important: Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

If the exterior packaging appears damaged, please note this on the courier’s delivery receipt before signing.

If the product is damaged upon opening, contact us at ikoPanels.gmail.cm within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the affected panels. We will arrange for a swift replacement.
7. Delivery Restrictions

Freight deliveries usually require a signature.

Please ensure the delivery location is accessible for large freight trucks. If the location is remote or has restricted access, additional fees may apply.
